Medro Startup Alliance (MSA) is an incubator that takes qualifying business and technology ideas and aligns them with focused mentorship and access to a global network of resources. It was established to transform the incubator model through parallel entrepreneurship, creating the most beneficial outcome for our entrepreneurs, alumni, and mentors via aligned priorities. The MSA model reduces time to market, and maximizes potential and enables everyone to thrive!
Medro’s founders have established an environment for Medro Startup Alliance’s entrepreneurs and their ideas to thrive through a culture of open minds, open communication and aligned priorities. In doing so, we have brought together some of the best and brightest minds in targeted fields to work as mentors and provide access to elite resources alongside the entrepreneurs to incubate the enterprise.
The mentor’s role is to guide you through the many challenges that exist in the business process and allow access to the full wealth of knowledge and relationships they have cultivated. In exchange for the great value the mentor brings to the table they receive a direct equity share in the enterprise. This is meant to provide extra, long-lasting motivation and continuous contribution to the advancement of the enterprise. This, we believe, will fuel and ensure the thriving process and keep the mentor committed to the enterprise long after the incubation period is complete and the entrepreneur is on to the next stages of business development.
The rung of a ladder was never meant to rest upon, but only to hold a mans foot long enough to enable him to put the other somewhat higher. A man cannot be comfortable without his own approval. With our thoughts we make the world. A man does not have to be an angel in order to be saint. The method of the enterprising is to plan with audacity, and execute with vigor, to sketch out a map of possibilities and then to treat them as probabilities. Trust that still, small voice that says This might work and I will try it. Some people are always grumbling because roses have thorns. I am thankful thorns have roses Be gentle with yourself. If you will not be your own unconditional friend, who will be? If you are playing an opponent and you are also opposing yourself you are going to be outnumbered.
Upon graduation from the program entrepreneurs continue to grow and develop their enterprise through collaboration with, and continued support from, other member firms of the Medro International Group. Medro Capital Partners will provide additional funding and support the enterprise through introductions to influencers in key target markets, negotiation services, ongoing development of the project, sales and marketing. Medro Advisory Services, as an accounting and financial modelling firm under separate leadership from the other divisions of Medro International Group, is able to handle all of the due diligence and financial projection needs of the enterprise.

Medro’s founding partners, have made a vow to our those who contribute to mentoring the Medro Startup Alliance clients an opportunity to not only provide their talents and skills but to exchange them, in addition to compensation, for equity ownership – in direct proportion of contribution they make to the mentored company’s success. Our focus is on the mentored company’s success and we align all parties toward mentored company’sinterests, with the projects and all that are participating to Thrive. Our entrepreneurial partners become closely linked with members of our network to provide expertise, guidance and mentoring. The mentor is provided a substantial proportion of equity from Medro’s pocket to ensure priorities are aligned with those of the entrepreneurs.
